1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or engaging with Emirian Production — Exhibitions & Artistic Interiors ("Emirian Production", "we", "our") through any channel including our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreements. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Emirian Production provides exhibition stand design, interior fit-out, and event branding services across the UAE and GCC region. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties prior to commencement of work.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, visuals, and deliverables created by Emirian Production remain the intellectual property of Emirian Production until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, ownership transfers to the client as defined in the project agreement. Emirian Production reserves the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms require a deposit as outlined in each project proposal, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in project delays, and Emirian Production reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials as outlined in the project brief. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs. Emirian Production is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Emirian Production's liability in connection with any project is limited to the total fees paid for that specific project. Emirian Production is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

8. Changes to Terms

Emirian Production reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement with our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
